In this Victorian render extension, Terrain Nine expertly created cohesion between tradition and modernity. The rear facing addition honoured the original aesthetics while introducing a deliberate contemporary contrast to the generously expanded living space. Our team met spatial challenges to orchestrate a comprehensive interior refurbishment, transforming a 2-bed residence into a sophisticated 4-bed home with a study and an open-plan living kitchen.

The design unfolds with a striking raked ceiling, a gracefully curved archway entrance, and sleek, clean finishes to amplify the home's contemporary allure. Here we intentionally created an inspired space, while also providing a unique solution for versatile, multi-use family areas. 

Dalkeith House stands as a thoughtful transition, seamlessly adapting to evolving needs to the realm of contemporary, modern living.
